Dolvean enjoying the South West Walk
The South West Coast Path Association has its 40th anniversary this year and celebrates it with the Great South West Walk. There will be 56 individual area walks over the entire 630 miles from 3rd April to 7th May. The target is to raise £250,000 to finance 50 major improvement projects. There have been 26 cliff falls alone this winter compared to 11 in the last 5 years. The Path needs urgent attention to be available for us all.
Although, due to work commitment we will be walking only a small stretch from Falmouth/Maenporth to Helford on 30th April, we invite you to join our team and/or donate. This part of the coast path is the area where we met and we love walking it now for over seven years.
Thanks a lot for your contribution.
